Almond Trick Diet

Do you know that almonds are like Jack Nicholson in One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest

They're the king of the nuts.




















Now, I am keeping a stash in the cupboard to:

1. Serve as protein source in my salad.
2. Stave off hunger at 2 in the morning.

Regarding the latter, almonds build muscle and suppress hunger. According to Men's Health, eating 24 almonds can suppress your appetite. And it does work!... for me at least. I used to satiate my stomach's request with a bar of chocolate. 

Bad bad girl.
