Person A is one of the guys clad in orange in this picture.
The news is about a project that will secure the energy requirements of the country in the coming years. Person A doesn't work in this facility but he happened to be at the right place and at the right time. He was on a day visit in the plant for an unrelated project and they were pulled out so that the President can have a photo opportunity with the employees.
At some point, he was actually this close to the President (second person to the right of PNoy).
This photo is interesting, Person A shook hands with the American in Barong Tagalog in the morning while I had a career chat with the same person in my work place, tens of kilometers away, in the afternoon. Long story.
Soulmates talaga kami ni Person A.
